I had left a 1-star review earlier because I never received my order, I'm not sure where to find that review and edit it, so I'm just writing another review... After finally getting in touch with someone, they were super friendly and researched what had happened. Apparently the mask had gotten lost in transit so they reordered the mask for me. As an apology, they threw in a 2nd mask for free. I now have the kimono blossom face mask in both plum and black, plum was my original order and black was their inconvenience gift. The masks are well made, comfortable, and pretty. The plum is a much darker color than the picture indicates. It's such a dark purple, it almost looks grey. It's still really pretty though.
